I had a dream, in 1985, of finally getting the "Old Masters Box One" (I'd been waiting for months) in the mail and putting on the "Mystery Disc" - the opening melody of this song is the music I heard in the dream. The lyrics to "Hugo Mooney Boogie" are free association nonsense a la "Here is Why." The transition from "Nooney" to "Grandma" was inspired by the Steve Martin film "The Man With Two Brains."
